On completion of the training scheme, the skills have been enhanced to the standards and quality needed. The products, tooling and man power will be returned to our centre our low cost manufacturing where we deliver high quality products at competitive prices.

The MEL Group training scheme has also incorporated the apprenticeship system of training. A new generation of practitioners with on-the-job training and accompanying study provides the group with a skilled workforce, enhances careers and delivers the fresh blood needed to fuel business growth.
