Military Repair and Overhaul
LWAS is an FAA-EASA-DOT approved repair facility with extensive experience in civil and military transport aircraft for oxygen, fire suppression and waste systems.
We have over 40 years of experience in supporting military transport, tanker and fighter aircraft. With OEM trained personnel, flexible tailor - made agreements, purpose-built test equipment, and responsive service, LWAS continues to meet customer requirements first time, every time.

Our highly skilled technicians and comprehensively equipped gaseous oxygen cylinder workshop provide a reputable overhaul and repair service for fixed and portable oxygen systems.
As well as manufacturing and maintaining our own portable oxygen system (PN MO3048). LWAS has the capability to support units from many OEM’s including such as BE Aerospace, Avox (Scott), Kidde , Carleton, GCE, Intertechnique and Martin Baker.
Oxygen Crew Masks
As an approved FAA repair station, we have extensive capability for the repair/overhaul of oxygen masks and smoke hoods.
We support products from the majority of manufactures, including BE Aerospace, Avox (Scott), Intertechnique and Adams Rite Aerospace, as well as Draeger smoke hoods.

We have the capability to repair/overhaul all types of fire extinguishing and emergency blow down systems for all of the industries leading manufacturers.
Our workshop capabilities include engine, APU and cabin hand-held fire extinguishers, door assist and emergency blow down bottles.
We also operate a Halon recovery system for reclaiming and recycling Halon 1211 and 1301 extinguishant.
MEL's purpose built facility also houses our inflation workshop which has the capability to repair and overhaul all types of emergency escape slides, life rafts, survival kits and life jackets.inflation 1
All inflatable equipment received for repair/overhaul is subject to an air retention test prior to being re-assembled and re-packed per the OEM specifications.
For the re-packing process of escape slides and rafts, we have a wide range of manufacturer designed packing fixtures and an electronically controlled hot process unit to ensure that your slide or raft is packed to design standards.
The Portable Oxygen Recharge Kits, Tire Inflation Kits, and Portable Pure Air Generators have been specially designed to provide a compact, lightweight means of recharging the respective systems of .
