An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator working for the Civil Operations Manager in our Administration Department.

You will be responsible for: ​
  • Inputting of all orders onto PC for both new build and repair overhaul customers
  • Ensuring correct data is inputted and detailed on company certificates
  • Processing customer quotation approvals within the department
  • Producing customer quotations via internal computer software
  • Releasing of Master Record Cards (MRC) to produce final certificates for new build and repair and overhaul of aircraft parts ​

JOB PURPOSE:
To provide first class, professional administrative support to the Company.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Releasing of Master Record Cards (MRC) to produce final certificates for new build and repair and overhaul of aircraft parts
  • Inputting of all orders onto PC for both new build and repair overhaul customers
  • Ensuring correct data is inputted and detailed on company certificates
  • Processing customer quotation approvals within the department
  • Producing customer quotations via internal computer software
  • Filing and scanning of faxes, orders, certificates and associated company information
  • Keep in a clean, tidy and organised system, all paperwork associated with current and past work packs
  • Monitoring and distribution of faxes to internal personnel
  • Reporting of facilities breakdowns ie vending machines
  • Adhering to the appropriate chains of communication within the department and Company
  • Strive to be flexible within the department, supporting all team members where necessary ie providing cover for reception on rotational basis or as and when required
  • Perform other duties as and when required by the manager / supervisor of the department
  • Answering and fielding telephone calls to the correct individuals or departments
  • Aim to understand MEL capabilities

PERSONAL SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES:
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate with basic knowledge of Word and Excel and databases
  • Ability to achieve high accuracy of data input over long periods
  • Knowledge of switchboard use an advantage
  • Focused on achieving the best possible results
